By requesting any service from Karotrec Rigelsi, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all customers, whether the service is booked by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

• Towing (local & long-distance)
• Roadside assistance
• Accident recovery
• Motorcycle transport
• Vehicle relocation

3. Pricing & Payment

• City towing starts from 2,000 ALL.
• Long-distance towing starts from 60 ALL per km.
• Accident recoveries and complex jobs are quoted individually.
• Final price is always confirmed before dispatch.
• Cash is preferred for emergency calls; bank transfer available for scheduled jobs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate location and vehicle details.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for loading.
• Inform us of any mechanical issues, modifications or special conditions.
• Remain at the scene unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle. However, Karotrec Rigelsi is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures unrelated to towing
• Damage caused by unsafe road conditions or third parties

6. Cancellations

If you cancel after the tow truck has been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel time and fuel.
